Argentina is one of the big four. There is Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina, countries were there is an ambitious market for multi-latin companies, but also where we have the most challenges.
What is one of those challenges?
In Argentina, invoicing can be a little tricky, we can find a lot of document types such as factura A, factura B, etc. according to the company type. Before sending this information to the tax agency, the user needs to classify the invoice transaction.
How can I deal with it?
LatamReady works with a standard bundle of electronic invoicing. NetSuite has this bundle and we work inside of it in order to set specific templates by document type. These are XML templates according to the document type and we have one template for each of those.
How does that work?
We are using the NetSuite electronic SuiteApp, that is a standard feature, as a technical platform in order to produce those specific XML files that’s required in Argentina. With these, we set a connection with the tax agency so, with that, the user can find a response, like a PDF or XML file, and the final response for the tax authority. This information is saved in the file cabinet in NetSuite.
How does this connection work?
Well, we offer full support and on the back end, we offer a connection with a local partner who’s subcontracted by us. This local partner is directly connected with the local tax agency. In the end, the customer has one single point of contact, which is LatamReady, that’s subcontracting a local player in order to be connected to the tax agency.
LatamReady SuiteApp is the best option to modify NetSuite for it to be compliant with regulatory requirements in Argentina. For more information visit:
